Private Pay & Out-of-Network Benefits
Steadfast Roots Counseling Co. offers private-pay counseling so that your therapeutic work can remain centered around your goals, your story, and your individual needs.
If you have out-of-network benefits through your insurance plan, you may be eligible to receive reimbursement for a portion of your counseling fees. We can provide a superbill with the information needed for you to submit a claim to your insurance provider.
Because every insurance plan is different, we cannot guarantee reimbursement. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits, deductible, reimbursement rate, and any required documentation.

Sliding Scale Options
We believe financial circumstances should not automatically prevent someone from seeking support.
A limited number of sliding-scale appointments may be available for clients experiencing financial hardship. Availability varies and is not guaranteed, but we welcome you to ask about reduced-rate options during your consultation.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens. We ask that clients provide at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be subject to a late-cancellation/no-show fee.
Card on file
A valid credit or debit card is required to remain on file for active clients and may be charged for applicable fees or outstanding balances in accordance with the practice's financial policies.
